    Once the launch of ALIPAY, people said this is the stupidest idea ALIBABA have ever got. 

5.GET INSPIRED 
     He learn a lot of things from movies. He learned to speech from the movie called BODYGUARD, GODFATHER, FOREST GUMP.

6.STAY FOCUSED

     He say No to lot of business ideas which has only money value.  He focused more on mission and vision

7.HAVE A GOOD NAME

      Every business should have a good name, and a name that interesting.  When he was at San Francisco, he asked 10 to 20 people asking "What is ALIBABA".  They were all know about ALIBABA and said 40 thieves.  And he thought it's a good name and start with A. Whatever we were talking, but ALIBABA is top in the world right now.

8.CUSTOMERS ARE #1

     ALIBABA company's priorities are Customer as in number 1, then Employees and shareholders at last.  It's the customer that pay us the money, it's the employees they drive innovation but shareholders ran away when crisis came. It is his employee stayed, customer stayed.

9.DON'T COMPLAIN, LOOK FOR OPPORTUNITIES

    Most people complain "Where the opportunities".  But Jack Ma says Where there is complain and trouble there will be opportunities.

10.HAVE PASSION

     It is the only way we can succeed


  When KFC came to China, 24 people applied for job in KFC where 23 were accepted but he got rejected.  There were 5 people applied for Police job, but he was the only guy rejected from the Police job.

   He applied for Harvard ten times but rejected every time.
              
    The core competence of ALIBABA company is they have grown from 18 people to now, 20000 young people.  They focus a lot on value, mission, culture and everybody working for helping others, instead of just making money

"Whether stupid or clever as long as people use it".  The reality now is 800 million people using ALIPAY
